My Path to wedding Photography

I have always felt in my core that I have to have a job I'm passionate about in order to thrive. Throughout the last four years of my life, I've lived in different cities with different office jobs, never really feeling like I was in my element. I would look back to my summers in college second shooting for other photographers, remembering they way it made my brain light up in a way I've never felt before. To me, full-time wedding photography was a dream of mine that I never thought I could reach, so I was scared to even try.

It wasn't until a serious turning point of mine that I realized my dream career to photograph weddings would only become a reality if I put in everything I had into making it happen. I donated plasma and used my tax returns to buy gear, I offered free session after free session to gain more professional experience, and I prayed and petitioned that God would provide in a way I knew only He can.
